The hour is long in the tooth and I'm ready for a few hours of bunk time inside the tent. I experienced double hop conditions to the East Coast for the first time ever. Wow! The window was short however every logged station was an all time new one. It was exciting after spending the afternoon with four local Qs in the log.
My wife brought dinner from Carl's Junior and Radio Dawg was with her. We enjoyed the near perfect early evening before the massive Es pipeline into Washington and British Columbia. My first Canadian Q went into the log! This particular opening lasted several hours.
I'm going to shut off the generator and wireless hardware then zone out inside the tent. Let's see what happens tomorrow including a shout out to Europe, and, did some West Coastie stations log Japan earlier this evening? Far out.
Contest on!
