KA3DRR (Scot): Stakeholder

Good morning, when looking at our American Radio Relay League, my motivation is conversation between stakeholders. I'm not all that optimistic about the survival of some institutions on this side of Atlantic. Neither, do I see adaptive organizations, to replace those that implode albeit because of irrelevancy or mismanagement.

The Inevitable Rolling Wave Of Change
On the other hand, I'm observing significant institutional change in spaces like manufacturing and information technology. At least from my perspective, the next generation of leadership is seeking out collaborative processes, re-examining norms, then building corresponding management structures.

Stakeholder is defined as a person, group, or organization that has an interest or concern in an organization.

If history is any predictor of the future, then, I sincerely believe I'm living a crucible moment. The fundamentals of my cohort shaping 20th Century is giving way to new cohort shaping fundamentals of the 21st Century.

6 Principles Of Needs Analysis
Let me illustrate, please read 6 Principles of Needs Analysis, wherein I quote Principle Number One, "The opinion of the end user is essential to unify, a diverse, opinionated design team, and their opinion should transcend the desires of your design team."

Additionally, Principle Number Two stated, "Market research is essential to unify end user opinions, and to use quantitative and qualitative research to find the best direction for product or services design."

Gap Analysis
Lastly, when reading further into the article, I came across Gap Analysis that is organizational performance measured as "good", "average", or "poor". The benefit of this type of analysis ensures an organization is allocating its resources to maximum effect.

I questioned in a previous post, "Is advancing Amateur Radio as an artform considered a strategic objective? If so, why are we not managing and/or coordinating objectives, to that level?"

Restating stakeholder definition as a person, group, or organization that has an interest or concern in an organization.

In Sum
Overall, my blog traffic numbers suggest the following in relationship to my current series of postings; 1.) my execution on this topic is poor; 2.) my presentation of the material is poor; or 3.) low interest, no feedback.

It's a conflicting moment because I certainly enjoy your measurable feedback and, at the same time, I'm passionate about the future sustainability of our avocation given 21st Century competition pressures.
