Good morning from inside #hamr shackadelic where flat conditions, literally, no waves of significant size prevailed on the Central Coast, at least between Avila Bay and Oceano State Beach, through the month of August. It was a record event as kayak and paddle board rentals went through the surf shack roof.
One rental shop owner mentioned a 2 hour lag for either renting a paddle board or kayak.
Strategic vision is defined as picture or mental image of that organization in the future.
This is my backward pass through the critical path for those younger than 50 years of age. We will arrive in 2024 and given the momentum of change then predicting organizational structure along with function maybe difficult but not impossible.
